Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Companion Nest. This Shipping Policy outlines how we get your pet’s essentials from us to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $50. $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95 flat rate.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.95 flat rate.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (longer delivery times may apply). We hope to expand internationally soon.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at callbob@companionnest.store within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — if your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address.
